Vertical Booking Announces Three New Clients
Vertical Booking USA, a globally recognized, hospitality industry technology company, is proud to announce their selection as the primary provider of reservations technology for many prestigious, award-winning hotels chains, with new deals closed in the third quarter of 2018.
Tesoro Resorts
Tesoro Resorts, owned and operated by Newport Beach, California-based Steadfast Companies, selected Vertical Booking’s integrated, online distribution and reservations solution, because they were looking for a company that offered an advanced tool that would easily integrate into their current internal operational technology systems and because of the company’s reputation for having a strong emphasis on customer service.
Each of the brand’s current properties will utilize Vertical Booking’s entire suite of integrated, online distribution and reservation solutions, including the advanced website booking engine and upselling tools, GDS distribution, channel manager, meta-search management tool, OTA rate comparison tool and competitor rate checking tool.
Tesoro’s three resorts are located along Mexico's Pacific Coast, each offering a relaxing, luxurious, tropical setting for discerning leisure travelers. The 286-room Tesoro Los Cabos is in the downtown marketplace of Cabo San Lucas, offering beautiful views of both the marina and the blue-green waves of the Gulf of California. The 331-room Tesoro Manzanillo is located beachfront on Playa la Audiencia, tucked away in a small, picturesque cove. Finally, the 203-room Tesoro Ixtapa lies further south on the Pacific Coast, located on mainland Mexico. The property has immediate beachfront access, giving guests staying at the property gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean. Tesoro Resorts plans to continue its portfolio of properties in the coming years and, as such, Vertical Book’s partnership with the brand, is also expected to expand over time.
AMResorts
A long-standing Vertical Booking customer, AMResorts’ entire portfolio of properties has been using Vertical Booking’s suite of reservation solutions. The company’s 57 award-winning luxury resorts are already using Vertical Booking’s CRS for GDS distribution, website booking engine, channel management tool, spa and merchandising booking engine, call center application and booking engine upselling tools.
AMResorts recently added a new group of luxury properties called Reflect Resorts & Spas, offering high-end properties across Mexico. The properties include Reflect Krystal Grand Cancun, Reflect Krystal Grand Los Cabos, Reflect Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta and Sunscape Cancun. Each of the Reflect beachfront resorts are perfectly designed to suit travelers who are looking to explore the many beautiful areas of Mexico, while enjoying all the comforts of a high-end beach vacation. Asia Pacific Hotel Group
All Asia Pacific Hotel Group properties will rely on Vertical Booking’s full suite of innovative reservation solutions, including the advanced website booking engine with upselling tools, GDS distribution, channel manager, meta search management tool, OTA rate comparison and competitor rate checking tool. The Asia Pacific Hotel Group has three properties on the island of Saipan (a US commonwealth in the Western Pacific Ocean) including the 33-room Century Hotel, the 154-room Kanoa Resort and the 416-room Fiesta Resort/Saipan. In addition to the three properties in Saipan, the group has a second Fiesta Resort in Guam, with 318 rooms.
The Century Hotel is in Garapan, only a short walk to the beach, the American Memorial Park and gorgeous natural attractions, such as the Lighthouse Reef Trochus Reserve. The Kanoa Resort is located just steps from the beach, with a gorgeous view of the water - often referred to as one of Saipan's best.
