Agilysys, Inc., a global provider of next-generation hospitality software solutions and services, announced that Vasa Park Resort in Bellevue, Washington has selected Agilysys’ rGuest® Stay Property Management System (PMS), rGuest Book reservations and rGuest Pay payment processing to help streamline daily operations, improve the guest journey and increase efficiency from booking to check-out.
Vasa Park Resort had historically managed reservations manually. Guests called the resort directly and could not book online, taking the staff away from servicing the guests on property. As a result, the Vasa Park team needed a way to improve automation, secure sensitive customer information and make their operations paperless. To solve these challenges, they looked to Agilysys’ Hospitality Suite of solutions.
Vasa Park Resort was founded in 1926 by a group of Swedish immigrant men who belonged to the Vasa Order of America with the hopes of promoting knowledge and understanding of the Swedish culture. Since then it has done just that and so much more.
