Upserve Joins HotSchedules’ Partner Network

Upserve and its cloud point of sale, Breadcrumb, is now part of HotSchedules' Partner Network. The strategic partnership is marked by the launch of an integration between Upserve’s Breadcrumb and HotSchedules’ workforce management solutions, including Clarifi, an intelligent back-office platform for restaurants.

Restaurants using HotSchedules workforce platforms and Upserve’s Breadcrumb will now be able to unlock important sales data, guest trends and employee scheduling information between the two platforms. The enhanced functionality and visibility will help restaurant managers forecast with precision, optimize schedules, control labor costs, and drive store-level performance.
