TrustYou, Frontdesk Anywhere Integration Facilitates Direct Messaging for Hotels

TrustYou, a guest feedback platform, announced the technical collaboration of its Guest Messaging tool with Frontdesk Anywhere’s (FDA) cloud-based property management system. The two companies have a mutual goal of helping hoteliers from around the globe improve internal efficiency and increase guest satisfaction scores.

Through a smart API connection, the collaboration of TrustYou and Frontdesk Anywhere enables a seamless integration of guest data. Thereby, alongside the standard features of a smart, intuitive PMS, users will be able to directly communicate with guests, as well as set tasks and automated messages. Although invisible to travelers, the integration between Frontdesk Anywhere and the messaging features enable a higher level of personalization, and give hoteliers valuable insights into the guest journey and the ability to adjust services accordingly.
