IHG Hotels & Resorts is getting in on the act and recently announced the upcoming launch of a generative AI-powered travel planning capability that can help guests easily plan their next vacation directly in the IHG One Rewards mobile app. Expedia Group, via their experimental EG Labs, has launched Project Explorer, a trip planning tool powered by OpenAI.
