Track Hospitality Software Releases Two-Way SMS Text Messaging

Track Hospitality Software (TRACK) announced the release of its newest product, SMS Text Messaging, to its suite of SaaS solutions. TRACK is a hospitality CRM with core components focusing on Property Management (TRACK PM) and guest communication (TRACK Pulse) for hoteliers and the hospitality industry.

This product is designed to help TRACK users communicate with their customers and leads more effectively, while also bringing text messaging into the omni channel communication stream. TRACK agents will be able to receive and respond to mobile messages directly through any device that can access their email server.

Similar to TRACK Chat, SMS Text Messaging allows agents to communicate with guests and prospects in real-time, giving them the information they want, when they want it, right in the palm of their hand.

The service also offers a customized, personal “Long Code SMS” number, which allows businesses and organizations to choose a phone number that’s easy to remember, and fits their branding and public image.

For example, a business could choose a local phone number, or an easy-to-remember phone number that will help their customers remember how to contact them.

Another feature of this unique business SMS service is detailed text message analytics. Users of TRACK SMS can quickly view metadata and details about text messages, such as the time that a message was sent, the device from which the message was sent, and much more. This feature allows for deep data analytics, and could help businesses and organizations engage with their customers and members more effectively.
