ShiftPixy to Offer Anti-Viral Laser Technology

ShiftPixy Inc., has secured the exclusive distribution rights for the Genesis One anti-virus laser systems for use in restaurants and retail.

The national staffing enterprise announced the agreement in principle with Quelliv Inc., the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of the anti-viral, bio-technology Genesis One laser device that was designed to meet the unique environmental and health issues for people in space.

Consumers remain concerned about COVID-19 and sanitation protocols in place at restaurants and hotels. In fact, 60 percent of customers say communication of COVID-19 measures are of moderate or extreme importance when selecting a restaurant, according to HT's 2021 Customer Engagement Technology Study.  59 percent of diners surveyed said restaurants use of  enhanced air circulation and filtration systems influence their restaurant choice, according to the study.

ShiftPixy currently intends to offer the anti-viral system as an extension of its services to current clients initially with a major rollout planned next year.
