RoomKeyPMS releases the next version of it’s Property Management Software which includes key features like mobile contactless check-in.
RoomKeyPMS 10 also includes a brand new user experience to maximize operational efficiency. All of this is connected to it’s Recovery Roadmap which was announced last week designed to help hotels come back strong.
The mobile functionality is foundational to a “contactless” check-in experience which hotels will need to capture guest demand as hotels begin to grow back occupancy. Highlights include the ability for:
- Guests can confirm and update personal information, email, marketing opt-in and loyalty information
- Guests can confirm and agree-to room booking and hotel policies
- Guest can provide pre-arrival notes and requests
- Hotels can take advantage of the seamless integration of this data to the PMS to confirm pre-arrival check-in is complete
