Restaurant365 Expands Accounting Solution

Restaurant365, an all-in-one, cloud-based, restaurant-specific accounting, operations and reporting solution, has added two new modules: Bank Direct Connect and Fixed Assets.

Bank Direct Connect

An enhancement to Restaurant365’s Banking module, Bank Direct Connect allows customers to connect directly to their bank accounts to import bank activity, removing the need to export data from their banks, scrub the data and then upload it. Bank Direct Connect makes it simple with a one-time setup and secure  downloads. Restaurant365 is the only restaurant accounting software with this ability.

Bank Direct Connect strengthens Restaurant365’s ecosystem by adding banks to the growing list of connected point-of-sale, payroll and vendor partners. Bank Direct Connect provides reliable bank connectivity through a proven financial data network to ensure security of sensitive banking information.  This feature has been released to all customers at no additional cost, and includes connectivity to more than 9,000 banks and account types.

Fixed Assets

Through Restaurant365’s all-in-one software, the new Fixed Assets module eliminates the need for additional spreadsheets or a dedicated fixed asset software, and demonstrates the company’s support for its enterprise and fast-growing customers. The module allows customers to create and track their fixed assets, such as leasehold improvements, buildings and equipment, directly in Restaurant365. Based on a customer’s specific business rules and processes, Restaurant365 can calculate depreciation automatically and record it for accurate financial reporting.

With the Fixed Assets module comes an increase in accuracy and visibility with a 360 degree view including expense and service activity tracking to identify troubled assets. The feature is quick to implement and easy to maintain. As our customers grow, they can track their construction in progress, transfer assets between locations and be prepared for auditors and investors.
