Reserve Interactive, MSI Solutions Team Up to Simplify Group Sales Bookings

Users of Reserve Interactive no longer have to double-enter group guest room blocks, thanks to a partnership with MSI Solutions, a provider of hotel property technology and guest management solutions.

The Livermore, Calif.-based provider of sales and catering software has partnered with MSI Solutions to offer a full-service solution for group sales bookings. MSI Solutions is now a reseller of ReServe’s web-based, event management software, ReServe Cloud, which interfaces with MSI’s web-based CloudPM property management system.

ReServe saw an opportunity to add a Guest Rooms Control module to its software portfolio and move more prominently into the hotel market where MSI has a solid reputation.  

The two companies have already completed development of a bi-directional interface between their systems. This integration will benefit their mutual customers by eliminating double entry of group guest room blocks and providing immediate guest room inventory updates.    

ReServe Interactive software is used by more than 20,000 users across 14 markets nationwide.
