QSR Holdings Deploys Cloud-based Enterprise Solution for Network of 550+ Locations
Quick Service Restaurant Holdings (QSRH) has selected MICROS Simphony™ for its three iconic Australian brands, Red Rooster, Oporto, and Chicken Treat. The cloud-based MICROS Simphony Enterprise solution, to be self-hosted and systematically implemented across 550+ stores, will include point of sale, labor and the MICROS Kitchen Display System (KDS).
The QSRH Group was formed in 2007, and has restaurants located across Australia and New Zealand. The combination of the Red Rooster, Chicken Treat and Oporto brands provides a very strong, diversified quick service restaurant network. Today, 80% of QSRH is under franchise operation. The Group has aggressive growth plans for the future which include the development of new stores and an extensive refurbishment program.
MICROS Simphony will provide the enterprise with tools to drive sales and achieve improved speed of service, while allowing the company to deliver improved central support services and menu maintenance to our extensive network of franchisees, all in the cloud.
