Perkins Restaurant & Bakery Locations Installs Credit Card Security Solution
Perkins Restaurant & Bakery has just completed the installation of Merchant Link's TransactionVault credit card security product in 330 locations nationwide.
The TransactionVault installation, at both corporate and franchisee-owned locations, gives Perkins Restaurant & Bakery a cost-effective credit card security platform that allows Merchant Link to secure their customers' credit card data. TransactionVault technology works through the Merchant Link infrastructure at the point of sale. It is a hosted service that houses credit card information in Merchant Link's secure "vault" reducing overall risk from hackers.
Carla Bray, director of restaurant automation at Perkins, says, "Given Merchant Link's long-time, close working relationship with MICROS, we were able to test and install TransactionVault across the country in a matter of a few short months.
