Pancheros Mexican Grill completed the deployment of PAR Technology Corporation’s Brink POS Software solution in all 65 of its fresh-Mexican locations in 19 states; it plans to add more when it opens 10 new stores by the end of the year.
Pancheros said their selection of PAR and its Brink POS Software solution was based on many factors including:
• Integrated Solution – Brink POS is a cloud-based software solution with native loyalty programs, and online and mobile ordering modules with a shared customer database across the brand. Pancheros plans to implement Brink loyalty and online and mobile ordering in the next phase of deployment.
