The Palms Casino Resort has formed a partnership with Vegas.com to launch a fully integrated e-commerce program at the TravelCom Conference 2011. The updated website will allow guests to search and book air/hotel packages, hotel rooms, show tickets, casino events, spa packages, restaurant reservations and more directly through Palms.com.
“Online technology is the focus of the travel industry now, and we want to offer an easy and efficient way for our guests to tailor their stay in one location,” says Palms owner George Maloof. “This new program will serve as an online concierge for our clientele while maintaining the sleek and sexy style of our current website.”
With the updated technology, guests can book their entire stay at Palms and Palms Place in one transaction through a booking process seamlessly integrated into the look and feel of the Palms and Palms Place websites.
The updated site will use Cyllenius technology, a provider of comprehensive and integrated business solutions for commerce, ticketing and cashless payment systems that enable customers to enhance their brand, maximize revenue and profitability, and deliver an unsurpassed experience to their guests. This technology developed by Vegas.com understands that the major goals are to increase online and call center conversion and total value per reservation, decrease call center costs, and provide unique package values for its customers.
