OnePoint Global Launches VoC In-App Mobile Survey Solution

OnePoint Global, a specialist provider of mobile survey solutions, announced the launch of its In-App mobile survey solution. In-App is a unique Voice of the Customer (VoC) insights tool that collects feedback from inside an existing customer app – iOS or Android.
Whether consumers are online or offline, the In-App survey solution adds a new feedback channel to the mix of existing research channels in a world where respondents are hard to find and to activate. It can add to or replace traditional online surveys and makes use of a channel that the consumer has already chosen as a way to interact with the brand.
The consumer is invited to participate in a survey with an In-App notification and replies in the trusted customer app environment. The survey is fully client branded, further reinforcing the brand whilst delivering higher response and completion rates. In addition to traditional browser based surveys, app technology enables the use of device specific functionalities such as video, voice, barcode scanning and geographic capabilities to engage or geo-trigger an In-App survey. This solution provides greater capabilities, richer data and therefore better insights. What’s more, clients won’t need to re-release the app if they change the In-App survey.
Built using Software Development Kits (SDK) within an Open Source environment, clients can seamlessly use and integrate In-App into their existing Customer Experience survey architecture and business reporting tools.
