OLO Online Ordering to Hit Canadian Five Guys Burgers & Fries
Five Guys Burgers & Fries has chosen OLO Online Ordering to expanded its mobile and online ordering service for restaurants outside the U.S. The new platform allows Five Guys’ Canadian customers to order, pay and confirm their spot as first in line using www.gofiveguys.com.
The international service, developed through a partnership with OLO, Chase Paymentech and MICROS, will be available to customers in its 23 restaurants located in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan.
Canadian customers can access the mobile and online ordering by simply typing in their address or zip code at www.gofiveguys.com and following the simple steps to place their favorite Five Guys order. Mobile users can download the Five Guys ordering app for Android operating system phones and iPhones.
"Our partners worked diligently to adapt this powerful online management platform for our Canadian market," said Steve Teller, OLO project manager at Five Guys Burgers & Fries. “We think that our Canadian customers will jump at the chance to order and pay online.”
Since launching the mobile and online ordering platform earlier this year, more than 250,000 Five Guys customers have downloaded the mobile ordering app for Android, iPhone, and iPad.
