NexGen Concierge Offers Hotel Contactless Guest Connection

 NexGen Concierge (NGC) is pleased to share the success of their low touch–high function mobile guest console for hotels, in use since November, 2018. Through this product, hotels maintain 98% connectivity with guests enabling virtual check-in, checkout, ordering, payment, and touchless communication from any location on or off hotel property. All transactions are completed via mobile web page, as it is guests’ preferred method of contact, and even more so now during Covid 19 as it allows communication to be entirely contactless.
