KNOWCROSS, a provider of software solutions for hospitality operations, announced the addition of The Ned, London, to its growing clientele in the UK. The hotel has deployed Knowcross products to maximize control, ensure efficiency, and increase staff productivity.
At The Ned, the Knowcross platform has been seamlessly integrated with the hotel’s Property Management System and is used extensively by 441 staff members. Out of these, 89 staff members use it on their smartphones via an app that enables them to automatically action special requests, assign jobs to staff in all departments, alert staff about traces and enable quick service recovery.
With the addition of The Ned, thirty of London’s top hotels now use the Knowcross platform.
