During this workshop, participants will discuss the key components of developing and delivering an impactful mobile strategy including: Deciding when to build a mobile application vs. optimizing a website for mobile, understanding how to empower employees and enhance guest interactions with mobile devices, understanding what operational impacts of a mobile strategy will have on an organization, and identifying the future impact of mobile devices and mobile payments.
