MURTEC Executive Summit: How Little Caesars Is Reimagining Restaurants from the Ground Up

Attendees at MURTEC Executive Summit will learn how Little Caesars’ is reimaging its restaurant from the ground up. 

Technology is at the heart of Little Caesars’ modern concept.  Little Caesars, the 2019 MURTEC Breakthrough Award Innovator for Customer Engagement, has embraced a wide number of technologies in recent years.  In support of a more convenient customer experience, the pizza chain successfully implemented a Reserve-N-Ready strategy, self-service mobile order pick-up station, better known as the Pizza Portal. 

In addition to its reinvented customer experience is a brand-new cloud-based architecture. Anita Klopfenstein, Chief Information Officer, Little Caesars Enterprise, will share how the brand is pivoting to a cloud-first, scalable platform with integration flexibility.  The ongoing journey includes the onboarding strategic partners and obtaining buy-in from franchise advisory board.  The first pilot store was launched at Little Caesars Corporate Headquarters, February 2020, and is currently in the process of being rolled out nationwide.
