Mindshare Announces Enhancements to Survey and Reporting Application

Mindshare Technologies is pleased to announce the latest version of its award-winning Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) solution, Mindshare 5.3. This release includes enhancements to many aspects of Mindshare, including internationalization, time zones, web services, and reporting capabilities. Clients use Mindshare to immediately improve customer and employee satisfaction, and to deepen consumer loyalty.

In order to provide Mindshare's ever-expanding user base more accurate and timely information, Mindshare is now capable of administering and reporting information in over 19 languages. To deliver reporting to 73 countries, Mindshare has expanded the functionality of its application to include time-stamp surveys and also provide nightly reports based on a location's time zone.
 
This release adds the following new features to the Mindshare system:

Internationalization

  • Surveys can be collected and reported in different languages.
  • Language selection can now be based on an individual's user profile.

Time Zones - Report Scheduling

  • Survey completion can be time stamped based on the location's time zone.
  • Nightly report generation can be scheduled based on the location's time zone. (Hong Kong vs. New York, each at their respective midnights)

Survey Inbox

  • A quick way for location managers to view surveys.
  • Ability to add quick notes for incident management to individual surveys.
  • "Tag" surveys for categorization, future identification, and analysis.

Drill-Down Reporting

  • Reports can be connected so that level navigation can be accomplished directly. For example, a user can drill-down from a corporate level to a region level to a district level with only two clicks.
  • Reports at a single reporting level can be connected so that navigation from summary reports to more detailed reports can be accomplished through single clicks.

Other New Features:

  • Reports can include calculated columns where survey results can be combined to provide additional comparisons. (i.e. ratios, sums, averages, etc. of other columns in the report)
  • Surveys can now be taken on the iPhone and iTouch.
  • Enhanced EFM (Enterprise Feedback Management) capabilities improve the ability to integrate information from various sources throughout an organization into the Mindshare system.
