Marriott Unveils New Golf Loyalty Program

Marriott Golf unveils Marriott Golf Links, a golfer loyalty program that enables Marriott Rewards members to both earn and redeem points for golf. Members can earn Marriott Rewards points for rounds of golf and golf retail merchandise purchases. In addition, members can redeem points for rounds of golf, hotel accommodations, spa experiences, golf instruction, and more. The new program, which does not require a hotel stay, is being offered at 20 Marriott managed golf clubs around the world.

With the introduction of Marriott Golf Links, members can now earn 10 Marriott Rewards points for every dollar spent on rounds of golf and golf retail merchandise purchases at participating golf clubs. The points will be earned based on individual purchases, as well as group purchases. For example, if a guest spends $100 on golf, they would earn 1,000 Marriott Rewards points.

"Introducing Marriott Golf Links is a momentous occasion for our loyal guests. Golfers can now easily earn Marriott Rewards points for golf purchases at their local Marriott Golf Clubs, as well as their favorite golf resort destinations, creating greater value for individual golfers and groups experiencing our premier collection of golf courses," says Tom Enders, director of marketing, Marriott Golf. "The best part about Marriott Golf Links lies within the incredible value of Marriott Rewards points. Our guests can redeem points for rounds of golf, Marriott hotel accommodations, spa experiences, Faldo Golf Institute instruction, and much more."
