Magnolia Bluffs Casino, in Natchez, Miss., has selected the Agilysys Lodging Management System (LMS®) property management solution to streamline operating efficiency and enhance guest service at its newly renovated hotel, which is expected to open in early 2016.
Casino Holding Investment Partners, parent company of Magnolia Bluffs, recently purchased the Isle of Capri hotel, which will be modernized and rebranded as Magnolia Bluffs Hotel. As part of the renovation, the executive team wanted state-of-the-art technology that would enable the property to optimize efficiency and provide exceptional guest service. After reviewing a number of property management systems, they selected Agilysys' award-winning LMS to streamline operations and maximize guest wallet share. As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering, LMS will help ensure predictable costs, flexible growth and an accelerated return on investment.
