Almost half (49%) of Canadian restaurant customers are willing to pay more for off-premise technology features they value, such as ease of ordering, according to Hospitality Technology's 2024 Canadian Customer Engagement Technology Study.

On June 20 at 10:40 am, HT's editor-in-chief, Robert Firpo-Cappiello and Restaurants Canada CEO Kelly Higginson will discuss the research’s key findings and what it means for the restaurant industry during the session, What Your Consumers Want When it Comes to Restaurant Tech.
