Hospitality Management Holdings Selects Global Distribution Management, CRM Solution
Hospitality Management Holdings (HMH) becomes the latest Middle Eastern hotel group to select Trust International for centralized reservations and distribution services, as well as fully integrated CRM. HMH, a Dubai-based holding company which comprises of four distinct hotel brands, including Coral Hotels & Resorts, Corp Executive Hotels, EWA Hotel Apartments and ECOS Hotels will integrate two critical system components: Trust's full suite of central reservation services, Voyager|CRS, and Trust's fully integrated customer relationship management set of tools, Discovery|CRM.
As a result, all hotels of the HMH group will benefit from new options in distribution, profile and campaign management that allow better guest recognition and guest satisfaction. The new platform consolidates all of HMH's distribution, reservation, channel management and CRM needs in one end-to-end solution offered by Trust International.
"Trust International is a reliable and proven partner that we believe can best service the discerning customers of our hotels, resorts and apartment properties," says Michel Noblet, CEO, Hospitality Management Holdings. "With our comprehensive selection of accommodations and services to suit all budgets and clientele, we deliver excellence to our customers and demand no less from our service providers."
HMH will utilize Trust International's advanced Voyager|CRS platform for GDS and IDS distribution, interfaces to online travel agency networks and many direct connects such as Expedia, booking.com, hotel.de and octopustravel.com
Integrated CRM and more
In addition to channel connectivity and advanced distribution options, this new platform includes the provision of an Internet Booking Engine (IBE) for their brands' web sites, an integrated commission handling module and Trust's fully integrated Discovery|CRM solution powered by Serenata Intraware. It is a powerful example of systems integration leading to an end-to-end solution.
Guest information contained in reservation records and guest profiles is delivered from many sources to Voyager|CRS then distributed to the property management system (PMS) and central CRM platform. This qualified and filtered data is then available to other CRM applications for reporting, campaign designs, ROI tracking, loyalty or SFA tools
