Hook & Reel Selects Revel to Improve Operations Across 50 Restaurant Locations
Revel Systems, a cloud-based point of sale (POS) and complete business management platform, announced that Hook & Reel is deploying Revel Enterprise® across all 50 locations by the end of 2020. Hook & Reel is an aggressively growing table service restaurant franchise who wanted a POS that would provide ease-of-use for servers, while also improving order accuracy and speed of service. Revel Enterprise uses Apple for its POS hardware and the durability and different size options of iPads make them particularly well suited for a table service environment. With Revel Enterprise already live at more than 30 locations, Hook & Reel is implementing a more efficient ordering process using mobile order takers, which allow servers to spend more time with customers and take orders directly table-side.
