Highgate Hotels Seeks to Reduce IT Costs with Cloud-Based Infrastructure

Highgate Hotels, a global hospitality management company, has selected Strategic SaaS for its implementation of Microsoft Office 365.
 
By partnering with Strategic SaaS to deploy Office 365, Highgate Hotels expects to significantly reduce IT costs and complexity with cloud-based infrastructure. Furthermore, the company's migration to the cloud will enable thousands of users to easily access Office 365 and collaborate from multiple platforms and devices.
 
According to Darrin Pinkham, Chief Technology Officer at Highgate Hotels, "We selected Strategic SaaS based on their deep technical knowledge and track record of migrating enterprises to the cloud. Working with Strategic SaaS will help us to get a fast start and consolidate properties on a centrally managed cloud infrastructure."
 
Strategic SaaS expects to complete the full migration to Office 365 within 90 days. Once the deployment is completed, Highgate Hotels will benefit from a simplified, centralized cloud-based infrastructure and its users will be have access to enhanced productivity tools available through Office 365.
 
Because Office 365 is powered by the cloud, users will be able to share and access applications and files from virtually anywhere— a PC, Mac, and tablets. Quarterly updates to Office 365 features are included as part of the service, enabling Highgate Hotels to streamline software updates and IT administration.
