The Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, Miss., in an effort to guarantee mission and life-critical wireless communications, fully deploys InnerWireless, Inc.'s Horizon wireless communication system. Beau Rivage relies on InnerWireless to distribute cellular/PCS, back-of-house wireless communications, two-way radios for first-responders and Wi-Fi for guests in public areas.
After 2005's Hurricane Katrina, MGM MIRAGE and Beau Rivage executives vowed to rebuild the resort. The hotel re-opened Beau Rivage after investing $550 million in renovations.
Beau Rivage sought out an in-building wireless system that would guarantee first-responders could use their two-way radios anywhere inside the resort.
