Good Times Expands Use of AI Voice Ordering in Drive-Thru

. A recent survey of Good Times customers who participated in the breakfast test revealed 95% of customers said the AI technology met or exceeded their expectations.

Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard located a expanded its use of the Valyant AI conversational AI platform to include lunch and dinner at the drive-thru.

The location at 2095 S. Broadway in Denver has been successfully using the Valyant AI conversational AI platform since earlier this year.

Valyant’s AI-based voice assistants are built using actual customer recordings, and the system is now being refined with live customer orders.
