Go Hotel Life Introduces New Customizable App for Hoteliers

Trump International Beach Resort uses the Go Hotel Life app for its resort.

From the moment they get off the plane, guests can turn to the Go Hotel Life app to start their stay off right. Users can order their favorite ride share service for hassle-free transportation directly to the hotel. As the address is automatically populated, there is no need for cumbersome copying and pasting. While en route, any last-minute adjustments can be easily taken care of such as changing the credit card on file, upgrading to a superior room category or completing mobile check-in to avoid waiting in line at the front desk.

Once arriving at the hotel, guests can use the app on their mobile device as a digital room key. This eliminates not only time at the front desk but also the possibility of the key being timed out or expiring, a major inconvenience for both hotel guests and staff.

After settling in, users can see menus and amenities directly on the app and order food, beverages and other services with the touch of a button. The app connects directly with the hotel’s POS system, eliminating the need for a team member to take and enter the order while avoiding the potential of ordering errors.

Throughout their stay, guests can use the app to make reservations for beach chairs, spa appointments and restaurant tables. Users receive reminders directly on their phone about upcoming reservations, massage appointments or in-room amenities being delivered. This leads to more items sold with less labor required.

To increase engagement and online reviews, hoteliers can leverage the power of social media with an optional tie-in to their hotel loyalty program. In exchange for posting and sharing their experiences from the property, guests can earn loyalty points for free drinks, future stays, upgrades and other perks at the hotelier’s discretion. 

Once guests return home, the app provides hotel marketing teams the ability to analyze the stay and custom tailor promotions to be sent via push notification. This feature allows hoteliers to keep in constant contact with their guests, resulting in more direct bookings and increased customer loyalty.
