Gateway Hospitality Group will implement hotel ServicePro in its 18 properties.  hotel ServicePro is an economical maintenance solution that preserves asset value and improves guest service. It automates communication, scheduling, and tracking of tasks that include maintenance and safety inspections.  
 
Gateway Hospitality Group, headquartered in Twinsburg, Ohio, is an independent master developer and ongoing operator of complete hospitality packages. Gateway’s properties include Hilton, Hyatt and Choice brands.  
  
By implementing hotel ServicePro, Gateway expanded its relationship with trusted hospitality technology provider hotel SystemsPro. Gateway implemented the hotel SalesPro ASP-based central sales and catering system from hotel SystemsPro in 2001.  hotel SalesPro is a multi-property, mobile-ready web-based sales and catering system that increases sales efficiency for Gateway’s properties. The system automates account tracking and lead processing for multiple properties and brands. hotel SystemsPro hosts Gateway Hospitality Group’s hotel SalesPro and hotel ServicePro systems for all its properties.
 
The installation of hotel ServicePro will enable Gateway’s team to centralize maintenance duties like warranty updates, safety inspections, and property repairs. The system will also capture and track all guest requests and forward them to appropriate staff and verify resolution.
