Five Guys Deploys Online Training Platform

With 1,300+ units, Five Guys restaurants, of which about 70 percent are franchised, has launched Schoox as its official online training platform. Five Guys successfully rolled out the new online platform in June to over 30,000 users globally including all corporate employees and all franchise and corporate owned units.
“The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The rollout took less than 30 days from beta to completed launch and our teams have found it very easy to use,” said Joshua Flores, System Administrator of Five Guys.
“Schoox addressed four of our critical requirements: easily adaptable for our unique hierarchy and organizational structure, mobile delivery of content, out-of-the box reporting that is flexible and fits our needs, and multi-language capability. These were the cornerstones of our decision to switch to Schoox.
