Estonia Based Luxury Hotel Leverages eRevMax Solutions for Real-Time Distribution Connectivity

08/08/2019

The Villa Ammende in Estonia has recommended RateTiger hotel channel manager by eRevMax for managing its online sales channels effectively. The property has been using RateTiger’s cloud-based channel manager to streamline its online distribution and has seen significant improvement in efficiency resulting in minimizing overbookings and reducing workload.

Located in the health resort of Pärnu, Villa Ammende, the Luxury Art Nouveau Hotel is a 19-room heritage property catering to affluent leisure travellers. The revenue management team has been leveraging eRevMax’s XML connectivity with global and regional OTAs, and niche channels to maintain real-time rate and availability. Hosted on LiveOS, RateTiger’s pooled inventory model allows the revenue management team to continuously distribute its live rates and inventory to multiple booking channels. The in-built booking trends and business analytics data combined with competitor benchmarking reports give revenue managers key market insights to make informed decisions.

"For me, the key difference with some of the other OTA channel managers is the staff of RateTiger, they are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Not only with their existing product information but any other issues the customer might have so the process is pleasant and the options ever growing. Relative ease of use is just a bonus," said Sven-Erik Volberg, General Manager, Villa Ammende, Estonia.

eRevMax offers rate shopping, channel management and connectivity solutions to hotels worldwide to support complex revenue generation strategies. The company continues to expand its partner base through new integrations to offer hoteliers seamless connections across different systems including PMSs, CRSs, OTAs, Metasearch channels, GDS, Wholesalers and offline tour operators among others.
