Diamondhead Beach Resort Installs Intelity's ICE
The DiamondHead Beach Resort on Ft. Myers Beach is currently installing Intelity's ICE, a new hospitality software solution. Intelity signed an agreement to be the luxurious, all-suite, oceanfront resort's self-service system provider. The ICE touch-screen interfaces will soon be in place in each of the suites to allow guests at the resort superior experiences from their very rooms and provide real-time operations monitoring to hoteliers.
The DiamondHead Beach Resort chose Intelity as a technology partner because they pride themselves in providing the highest level of service to their vacationing visitors, and ICE is the premier means of further expanding their effortless relaxation at this destination hotel. With ICE, the DiamondHead will have an opportunity to comprehensively discern the likes and practices of its guests. Such feedback can dramatically improve guest satisfaction and aid in strategic decision-making.
