Cruzstar Releases New Online Food Ordering Software
MenuDrive is turnkey premier online ordering software created for the restaurant industry that was recently released by the Pennsylvania-based company, Cruzstar LLC. MenuDrive is an affordable, user-friendly program that gives any restaurant the power to display its menu online, and allows customers full control of ordering from it.
How MenuDrive works
Customers place their order, and enter their pickup, delivery and secure credit card information. Orders are then sent to a store's fax machine, email address or computer and received within 10 seconds. Workers prepare the order and once it is complete -- customers are on their way.

Who is using MenuDrive
Al Haulman, a pizza chain owner in Central Pennsylvania
"The process was very easy to set up. All I had to do was provide a menu and move the fax machine next to our prep station," Haulman says. "The order receiving process is so straight forward that we have not had any issues or missed an order yet." Al's Pizza has increased its carryout order-taking efficiency by nearly 90 percent and Haulman says employee morale has also increased.

Jason Winters, owner of Cuppy's Coffee and Catering in Mechanicsburg, Pa.
"Business has exploded," Winters says. "The software paid for itself during the first two weeks and customers were mainly new ones." Winters says many of those customers have become regular weekly orders.
