Cowboy Chicken Adds Pronto Pick-Up for Mobile Orders  

Cowboy Chicken has simplified the pickup process for its customers who order online or via the app.  Thanks to the new Pronto Pick-Up Shelf, guests can walk in, grab their prepaid order from the Pronto Pick-Up shelf and be on their way.

Cowboy Chicken has streamlined its digital order pickup.

“Convenience and quality are always at the forefront of the Cowboy Chicken experience,” said Sean Kennedy, president and CEO of the Dallas-based fast casual restaurant brand. “We’re always looking for ways to improve, and Pronto Pick-Up helps us do that.”

Guests order and pay online via CowboyChicken.com or on the Cowboy Chicken app. Team members prepare and package the order and place it on the Pronto Pick-Up shelf, allowing guests to walk in, find the order under their name and walk back out. The Cowboy Chicken app gives users the added bonus of earning rewards for each purchase and is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

For more than 30 years, Cowboy Chicken has been serving all-natural, hormone-free rotisserie chickens that are hand-seasoned in store, marinated for 24 hours and then slowly roasted for two hours over a real wood-burning fire.
