Company will be implementing physical distancing, plexiglass shields, hourly disinfection practices, increased guestroom sanitation and mobile check-in/digital keys.
Resort will implement additional cleaning measures, will sanitize rooms, allow guests to check-in online and social distancing measures including one family per elevator ride.
WestgateCARES' standard operating procedures and policies will be made publicly available on Westgate's website to help other businesses craft their own procedures.
