Como, MobileBytes Bring Data-Driven Tools to Online Ordering and Kiosks
Como, a provider of customer engagement solutions, has partnered with MobileBytes, a point of sale for the iPad, to bring data-driven tools to restaurants.
In today’s rapidly changing market, foodservice operators must step up their game and adopt new technologies in order to stay competitive. As a result, new technologies such as online ordering and self-service kiosks are gaining much more traction.
A recent report by UBS estimated that by 2030, online food delivery could command 10% of the total food services market. This means $365 billion in market share, up from $35 billion today. Self-service kiosks, embraced by giants such as McDonald’s and Panera, are also trending and are expected to account for $30.8 billion is sales by 2024, according to a report by Transparency Market Research.
The integration with Como Sense, Como’s flagship product, with MobileBytes’ products — Online Ordering and Self Order Kiosks — will provide businesses with comprehensive, granular customer purchase data, the insights to act on it, and the tools to run automated, personalized campaigns based on that data.
