Reward points is the latest feature that will help PCM customers increase guest loyalty and bring them back again and again. The flexible system allows parks to issue points to guests based on:

• How much they spend
• How many nights they stay
• Each time they make a reservation, check in/out or register as a new customer

Parks can also control how many reward points are earned, how much each point is worth, when points are activated and expire, and the minimum or maximum redemption limit per transaction.

Guests can then use the points just like any other form of payment for anything purchased through the system, such as site reservations or Point of Sale purchases.
