Camelback Resort’s new app gives day visitors and stay guests the opportunity to explore and pre-book accommodations, plan their on-site adventure itineraries, make dining reservations (sit-down, outdoor and to-go), arrange for equipment rentals, procure lift tickets and more – engaging with the property and securing real-time information. The app is available on IOS and Android.

“With our contactless app, visitors save valuable time, plan trips as a family to suit their wants and needs, know what their accommodations will be, skip the lines, receive exclusive offers and be ready to ‘hit the slopes” upon arrival,” said Shawn Hauver, managing director for the 560-acre resort. 

The homepage of the app changes based on the guest’s location – either onsite or offsite – and offers various booking experiences. Book Your Stay includes a look at all room types with a button to reserve and book and offers exclusive deals for app users. Upon arrival, the app allows mobile check-in, and there’s mobile check-out at departure.

Activities & Adventures section gives a glimpse of all the events and activities being offered and is the place to secure lift and snowtubing tickets, equipment rentals, adventure rides, night skiing and for Aquatopia. It is also where visitors can reserve poolside cabanas and VIP seating. Trip Builder lets users add attraction passes even before they book, so they can effortlessly plan out the trip they want to take and the memories they want to make. 

Explore the Resort leads future guests across the resort with overviews on Aquatopia, Arcadia Mega Arcade, bumper cars, Camelbeach, Chaos Jump Virtual Reality, Games of Stones Escape Room, indoor ropes courses, laser tag, Mountain Coaster, skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing and The Ascent Rock Climb. Explore Restaurants includes information on all the restaurants, their locations, menus and how to book reservations.

Trail Map and Conditions gives important up-to-the-minutes information for sports activists, and there’s even a Packing List section on the app to help guests pack for comfort and activities. In addition, the app provides the ability to chat live with resort experts.

Camelback Resort selected marketing firm Native Digital to lead branding and UI design with Propaganda3 leading technical UX and app development. A byproduct of thorough guest research, the app is just the latest expression of Camelback’s commitment to innovative guest experiences.
