Buffalo Wild Wings Rolls Out Digital Gift Cards

Buffalo Wild Wings, will be leveraging Transaction Wireless’ wGiftCard and wCentive solutions to power customized and personalized digital and plastic gift card purchases via the Buffalo Wild Wings website, Facebook, and mobile storefront.

The Transaction Wireless B2C solution, wGiftCard, will enable Buffalo Wild Wings’ customers to virtually gift friends and family by purchasing and redeeming digital gift cards using their mobile phones.

Customers can easily personalize their gift cards by adding a text and audio message as well as a photo and can send them for immediate delivery, or they can be scheduled for delivery at a specific date and time, such as during an important football game.

Transaction Wireless was a pioneer in providing mobile capabilities to high profile brands such as American Eagle Outfitters (including Aerie and 77 Kids), Bass Pro Shops and Blockbuster.

As a result, Buffalo Wild Wings can more easily extend its gift card reach and delivery through multiple channels including online, mobile and social, while improving efficiencies.
