Budgetel Relaunches Enhanced Website

12/1/2011
America’s Best Franchising has launched a new website for its Budgetel brand that features enhanced aesthetics, content, and function.

“In today’s technology-connected society, our franchisees as well as the traveling public demand more, better, and faster information over the internet,” explains Chip Elbers, vice president and COO of America’s Best Franchising, Inc.

“The Budgetel site has been completely revamped, so we can provide both our owners and our guests with the sophistication they want plus the details they deserve.”

Enhanced elements include a streamlined interface for site visitors; updated content and search features; easier, more user-friendly navigation; and a clean, contemporary appearance.

“To further improve the website, we have integrated social media plug-ins, so our owners and managers, as well as our guests can join in the social media conversations which are increasingly important to consumer-driven businesses such as ours,” says Renee Walsh, director for brand marketing.

Walsh is part of a team at America’s Best Franchising, which is responsible for marketing and revenue management initiatives on behalf of the company’s six hotel brands through a variety of electronic media and techniques, notably websites, social media, blogs, search engine optimization, and reputation management.

And, America’s Best Franchising is the only hotel franchisor to fund development of a dedicated website for each of its more than 300 properties around the world.

“These property websites, as well as a new brand site such as the one for Budgetel, are essential for our continued growth – it’s where travelers get to know us better and where we learn more about our guests and our potential guests,” adds Elbers.

Atlanta-based America’s Best Franchising operates hotels in almost 20 countries under six brand names – America’s Best Inns & Suites, Budgetel Inns & Suites, Country Hearth Inns & Suites, Parkside Hotels & Resorts, Vagabond Inns & Suites, and 3 Palms Resorts.
