Aurify Brands Selects ParTech’s Cloud-Based Brink POS Software for All Businesses

9/21/2016
ParTech Inc. (PAR), a global provider of point-of-sale (POS) and food safety solutions to the restaurant industry and wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corp., announced that Aurify Brands selected PAR's Brink POS Software and PAR EverServ 7700 Terminals for its 21 restaurant locations, with plans to install in all new stores, including a new brand, “Make Sandwich,” scheduled to open in Union Square, Manhattan, N.Y. in October. Aurify’s businesses today include Melt Shop, The Little Beet and The Little Beet Table, Fields Good Chicken and Five Guys Burgers and Fries.

Aurify Brands experienced frequent system crashes with their previous iPad-based POS solution, which strained IT resources and in-store management and, most importantly, negatively affected the customer experience. After an extensive search to replace their existing technology, Aurify chose to deploy a cloud-based POS solution that could meet their unique requirements as a multi-store, multi-brand business.

The cloud-based software solution enabled Aurify to eliminate the inconsistencies of a WiFi-based POS system, their leading point of failure in the restaurant while easing menu management and configuration across multiple brands. The Brink Kitchen Display Solution (KDS) has improved kitchen efficiency enabling staff to serve their guests faster as well as providing increased visibility to their operations, in real-time.
