Workforce Insight Buys SMK Workforce Solutions

Workforce Insight, a world leader in workforce optimization, announced today that it has acquired SMK Workforce Solutions, a recognized leader in workforce management across retail and consumer services markets.

Founded in 2006, Workforce Insight delivers workforce management advisory, analytics, and implementation services to large enterprise organizations, with focus on healthcare, manufacturing, retail, business and consumer services sectors.

Scott Knaul, CEO of SMK Workforce Solutions, will join Workforce Insight’s executive leadership team as Senior Vice President of Retail Solutions.
