SalesBoost, LLC CEO Gretta Brooks developed a SaaS-based sales training technology solution that aims to improve performance and sales for the hotel and hospitality industry. The technology solution includes her patent-pending voice analysis training system software.

Having trained thousands in hotel sales for over 30 years as an executive with Omni, Hilton, and Aimbridge Hospitality companies, the SalesBoost chief designed this learning and reinforcement model as a solution to the traditionally expensive, and often ineffective, sales training offered.

This solution was developed to enable salespeople not only to learn quickly and retain information but also to put their new skills into action. By contrast, sales training methods such as classroom instruction and webinars typically are only 20 percent effective for developing new skills.

“SalesBoost is a very valuable tool to use at your own pace or to be administered remotely by team leaders,” said Aimbridge Hospitality senior vice president of sales & marketing Mike Beardsley, who reported an increase in employee satisfaction and hotel sales conversions since his company implemented the SalesBoost technology platform.

Megan Gabriel, vice president of regional sales for Janus Hotels, is currently using the SalesBoost platform with plans to expand next year. 

The SalesBoost platform is available to individuals and managers through a monthly or annual subscription. Organizations can customize their enterprise solution with a private-label website and proprietary course content.
