U.S. Virgin Islands’ Bolongo Bay Beach Resort Engages Guests via Guest Itinerary Software 

Maestro PMS’ Single Guest Itinerary feature now enables operators to customize their guests’ total stay itineraries with the property’s special look, feel and branding delivered with every Maestro deployment. Maestro’s total-property software system offers 20+ modules that include Sales & Catering, Spa and Activities, Tee Times, Group Convention and Fine Dining POS that may be combined on one Single Guest Itinerary for guest convenience.

Single Guest Itinerary and many other components are standard property software system features included in Maestro PMS.  Maestro is the preferred cloud and on-premise PMS software solution for independent hotels and resorts, conference centers and multi-property groups. Maestro offers both a web browser and windows user interface giving ultimate flexibility in deployment options to suit the most discerning properties.

Maestro’s Single Guest Itinerary combines multiple guest stay elements including arrival and departure dates, rates, schedules for activities such as tee times, spa reservations, group meetings and locations, dining reservations and other customized property activities. Itineraries may be emailed to guests as part of their confirmation, or printed and presented at check-in. If guests change their plans the itinerary is automatically updated in real-time.
