Uniguest Acquires Vertical Systems Incorporated
Nashville-based Uniguest has announced that it has acquired Silicon Valley-based technology innovator Vertical Systems Incorporated (VSi).
With the acquisition of VSi’s existing customer base, Uniguest immediately exceeds 10,000 individual hotel customers in 52 countries who rely on the company to manage a growing portfolio of on-property guest-facing technologies.
Uniguest’s suite of guest-facing technology solutions includes full-featured business centers, guest-use Internet access stations, static and interactive digital signage, and purposed tablets, such as boarding pass printing stations, which are all backed by an in-house 24/7/365 technical support center based at its headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee.
