Tripleseat, Tock Partner to Provide Tools for Event Management

Tripleseat and Tock global reservations platform announced the integration of their reservation and private event management systems. The integration will enable common customers to collect private event leads directly from Tock and seamlessly transfer those leads onto Tripleseat’s platform, significantly reducing response times, improving conversion rates, and increasing revenue while also streamlining communication.

Tripleseat works with 55,000 event sales managers in over 5,000 restaurants, hotels, and unique venues. Tripleseat has helped venues book over 5.8 million events worth more than $6 billion in revenue and increase their event sales by over 50 percent.

Tock currently powers reservation, table management, CRM, and marketing integrations for restaurants, ranging from neighborhood pizzerias to Michelin-starred destinations in 26 countries across 100+ cities. Through this integration, Tripleseat customers will be able to receive private dining requests directly through Tock’s integrated private dining request form, listed on each restaurant and winery’s booking page. Tock customers can expect to benefit from Tripleseat’s automated event planning software which syncs information across all management teams in real time, reducing costly manual work and streamlining all communications.
