Total Customized Revenue Management, LLC (TCRM), a provider of total revenue management for the hospitality industry, announced an expanded partnership with IMPRINT Hospitality, a hotel and restaurant management company that specializes in luxury and lifestyle properties. Through this relationship, TCRM will act as IMPRINT Hospitality’s revenue management department at a corporate and property level, for four individual properties.
TCRM said it will provide tailored market recommendations, system changes and implementations, and will support IMPRINT Hospitality’s growth by delivering top-level talent to manage day-to-day revenue management services. The company will also oversee acquisitions and requests for proposals (RFP), driving profit to the bottom line. TCRM began working with IMPRINT in March 2018 on the Fort Magruder Hotel & Conference Center, a property that struggled to achieve growth in the year prior. In a few short months, TCRM was able to strengthen Fort Magruder’s property systems and best-available-rate (BAR) pricing. By the fourth month, the property’s RPIC was up 190 percent, nearly doubling the competitive set’s growth.
IMPRINT Hospitality is one of TCRM’s many new clients in 2018 – continuing its most successful year in business. This past June marked TCRM’s sixth anniversary, with a remarkable 50 percent year-over-year growth rate. Since its launch in 2012, the company has expanded its portfolio as well as the services provided for clients.
