SkyTouch Technology, Broughton Hotel Properties Partner to Roll Out SkyTouch Hotel OS
SkyTouch Technology, a hotel property management system (PMS) provider, and Broughton Hotels, a full-service boutique hotel management company, said they signed an agreement to begin rolling out the SkyTouch Hotel OS to Broughton’s diverse portfolio of hotels.
This decision comes after what was described by Broughton’s Vice President of Operations Tim Smith as an “exhaustive two-year search” for the right PMS. Broughton is well-known throughout the hospitality industry for its comprehensive and personalized style, offering tailored hotel operations, renovations, marketing, and revenue management to its clients, with guest experience and loyalty being extremely high priorities. After a successful pilot program at the historic Broughton-managed Henry Howard Hotel in New Orleans, La., Broughton made the decision to come onboard with SkyTouch.
“Broughton has always worked hard to provide its customers with authentic and creative solutions, and technology is no exception,” Smith said. “Our properties’ success depends on having highly innovative and growth-oriented systems in place. With what we saw at Henry Howard coupled with SkyTouch’s reputation for strong reliability and guest-pleasing mobility, we feel that the company and its PMS more than fit the bill.”
